To be able to benefit from our free trial period and regular use of our platform, please read and accept the following terms and conditions regarding the monthly subscription fees and additional fees for on-demand queries.

1. Monthly Subscription Fees: By signing up for our platform and subscribing to the free trial period, you agree to pay a fixed monthly subscription fee to access our services during the duration of your active subscription. The amount of the monthly subscription fee will be clearly indicated on our platform and may be subject to changes in accordance with our current pricing policies.
2. Free Trial Period: The free trial period will begin from the registration date.
3. On-Demand Fees for Additional Manual Queries: In addition to the monthly subscription fees, our platform operates on a pay-per-use model for additional manual queries. Each time you make an additional manual query beyond your pre-paid quota in the subscription.
4. Payment Terms: The payment for the monthly subscription fee will be automatically deducted from the credit card you provided during registration unless you cancel your account before the end of the trial period. Similarly, fees for additional manual queries will be automatically deducted from the credit card associated with your account as you make additional manual queries.
5. Transaction Statements: You will receive a transaction receipt for each deduction, indicating either the amount of the monthly subscription fee or the details of the fees for additional manual queries.
6. Account Termination: You have the option to cancel your account at any time during the subscription period to avoid further deductions. To cancel your account, please follow the instructions available on our platform.
7. By accepting the terms and conditions of our platform and subscribing to our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that there will be no refunds for the monthly subscription fees, fees for additional manual queries, or any other payments made to FEEDBAAK Technology in connection with our services. We understand that circumstances may arise that could lead you to cancel your subscription or cancel a payment. However, due to the nature of our services and the continuous provision of access to our digital features from the registration or query completion, we will not be able to process any refunds, either partial or complete. Before subscribing to our platform or making any payments, we encourage you to carefully evaluate your needs and use the free trial period to familiarize yourself with our services. If you have any questions or concerns about our platform, features, or pricing model, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information to assist you in your decision.
8. By using our platform and creating an account, you expressly acknowledge and agree that FEEDBAAK Technology will not be held responsible for any compromise, security breach, unauthorized access, or loss of data associated with your account.
9. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials (username, password, etc.) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to take necessary measures to protect your credentials and ensure they are not accessible to unauthorized third parties.
10. If there is suspicion of a compromise of your account, you undertake to inform FEEDBAAK Technology immediately so that corrective measures can be taken. However, FEEDBAAK Technology will not be held responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or the misuse of your credentials, whether due to your own negligence, malicious acts by third parties, or any other cause.
11. By checking the acceptance box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this disclaimer clause regarding the compromise of access and data in your account.
12. As part of the services offered on our site, you can request reviews from clients via email and SMS that we offer through our third-party partner, Twilio. The services offered on our site use Twilio to power the backend infrastructure, enabling email and SMS sending. Any use of the Twilio services we offer is subject to Twilio's acceptable use policy and Twilio's messaging policy.
